My very creative, even precocious, six-year spun a tale at school that caught the attention of a school employee, who felt compelled to contact authorities. CPS and the local police descended upon me as though I were a seasoned criminal. I was served a restraining order any association with my children. I was stunned. This sort of thing doesn’t happen in the U.S. My spouse was away on business, and with no family to help, the children were handed over to a third party. I had done nothing wrong, yet I was being treated like a criminal. I was angry, hurt, and feeling vulnerable. I knew I needed a lawyer. I reviewed rating sites and identified three possibilities. After speaking to each of attorneys on my list, one clearly stood out: Martin Jones of Chastaine and Jones. I called Mr. Jones on Sunday. He called me back the same day. Whereas the other attorneys talked about all the horrible things that could happen to me should I not hire them, Mr. Jones spoke in a reassuring manner. He outlined a strategy that I was highly satisfied with and offered an appealing fee structure. And…he delivered–even exceeded my expectations. The case was dismissed. Mr. Jones and his team did an outstanding job. They were excellent communicators, and always accessible. They were remarkably supportive. They are consummate professionals who possess outstanding legal skill, but they also are excellent in the people-skill department, as well. I highly recommend this firm without reservation.
